Solomon began his career as a Marine Engineer with Shell, spending over a decade at sea and progressing into leadership roles.

He later transitioned into project management, business analysis, data management, and digital transformation, drawing on this breadth of expertise to establish Ofeh Technologies and help organisations bridge the gap between technical innovation and human capability.
